Ecology
Building with an awareness of health and the environment is a target worth aiming for – and you’ve got the right partner in us. The basis here is the right selection of heat insulating materials and installing them intelligently. Optical measures such as green roofs are also ecological measures that make sense. Green roofs can be supported by public funds in the same way as with solar systems.

- High quality standardised insulation or insulation approved by construction regulations with certification marks
- Removing and disposing of asbestos products using expert partner businesses
- Using high quality, durable products
- Using high quality glazing, insulation and assembly frames for windows set in roofs

- Roof and under-rafter insulation
- Insulating the upper storey ceiling
- Heat insulation for all areas utilised (e.g. flat roofs, pitched roofs, ventilated roof structures / exterior wall cladding, non-ventilated roofs under roof waterproofing, parking levels)
- Consultation on optimal heat insulation
- Consultation on the heat protection necessary and the measures necessary under the German energy conservation regulation EnEV 2002
- Consultation on the prescribed limits and the possibility of complying with them
The German energy conservation regulation (EnEV) has been in effect since 1 February 2002. It brings together the German heat protection regulation and the German heating equipment regulation.

A green oasis on your roof
Coming a little closer to the stars and breathing good air in the middle of town. Lying on your own lawn and enjoying the sun high above the grey streets.
Thanks to well developed greening systems roofs can be turned into beautiful gardens. Green roofs are easy to look after and they filter dust and pollutants out of the air and store water. They relieve the sewage system, thus reducing the risk of flooding. Through evaporation they regulate air humidity improving the micro-climate. They considerably extend the lifetime of waterproofing by moderating temperature peaks on the roof. Green roofs also improve the heat and sound insulation of the house.
Some town and city authorities offer financial support for green roofs, for example by reducing waste water charges.
